Validation of Organic Water soluble Fertilizer Efficiency in Laiwu Tobacco Area, Shandong Province; Li Bai Nong "; 30 gram concentration scheme shows advantages

Shandong Aikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Tobacco Department of the School of Plant Protection at Shandong Agricultural University, has recently completed the data collection for the field trial of the "Li Bai Nong" tobacco specific organic water-soluble fertilizer. The experiment was conducted from June 21 to September 13, 2023 in the tobacco growing area of Laiwu, Shandong Province. The main tobacco variety NC55 was selected as the research object, and the effects of different concentrations of organic water-soluble fertilizers on tobacco growth and quality were systematically verified, providing scientific support for the promotion of green planting technology.
The experimental results showed that the application of "Libainong" organic water-soluble fertilizer significantly optimized the growth indicators of tobacco plants. Both 30g/15L water and 40g/15L water concentrations effectively improved the photosynthetic efficiency, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, and field growth of tobacco leaves, while simultaneously increasing tobacco yield and post curing quality. It is worth noting that there was no significant difference in key indicators between the two concentration treatments, but the 30g/15L water concentration scheme was recommended as the optimal choice due to its greater economic benefits.
According to the research team, this experiment is the first to systematically compare the concentration effects of organic water-soluble fertilizers in northern tobacco growing areas. Data shows that the scientific application of "Li Bai Nong" can break through the technical bottleneck of low utilization rate of traditional fertilizers, promote dry matter accumulation by enhancing leaf photosynthetic capacity, and ultimately achieve dual improvement in yield and quality. After baking, the tobacco leaves were tested and found to meet the standards for high-quality tobacco leaves in terms of appearance quality, chemical composition coordination, and sensory evaluation indicators, laying the foundation for improving the income of tobacco farmers.
The Technical Director of Shandong Aikang Biotechnology stated that this validation provides important parameters for the precise application of organic fertilizers in tobacco cultivation. Choosing an economical solution of 30 grams/15 liters of water can not only reduce farmers' fertilizer costs by about 15% -20%, but also ensure the goal of improving tobacco quality and efficiency, which meets the needs of green and sustainable agricultural development.
At present, the enterprise has collaborated with research institutions to develop standardized application procedures and plans to carry out demonstration and promotion in the core tobacco areas of Shandong. The practical application of this technology is expected to provide a new path for the innovation of ecological planting models in the Huang Huai tobacco growing region.
