Shandong Aikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. recently released its latest scientific research results and commissioned the Tea Department of the College of Horticulture, Shandong Agricultural University to carry out the "; Li Bai Nong "; Significant results have been achieved in field trials of organic water-soluble fertilizers specifically designed for tea. The experiment will be conducted from July 31 to August 31, 2023 at the Dadoushan Tea Plantation in Tai'an City, using locally grown varieties; Mount Huangshan population species" This study provides a scientific basis for the promotion and application of organic fertilizers in northern tea regions.


The experimental data shows that& quot; Li Bai Nong "; Organic water-soluble fertilizers have multiple positive effects on the growth of tea trees. After application, the density of tea buds increased by 1.82% -30.11%, and the weight of 100 buds increased by 0.52% -13.98%, ultimately achieving a significant increase in tea yield of 3.57% -26.11%. More noteworthy is that this fertilizer has shown outstanding performance in improving tea quality: the content of water extract increases, tea polyphenols and flavonoids increase respectively, the content of amino acids and soluble sugars increases synchronously, while effectively reducing caffeine content. The detection of aroma components showed that the relative content of characteristic aroma substances linalool and β - basilene significantly increased, making the aroma characteristics of tea more distinct.


According to the project leader, this is the first systematic verification in Shandong Province of the comprehensive impact of organic water-soluble fertilizers on the growth and quality of tea trees in northern tea regions. The experimental results fully demonstrate that the scientific application of organic water-soluble fertilizers can not only break through the technical bottleneck of slow effectiveness of traditional organic fertilizers, but also simultaneously achieve the dual goals of increasing production and improving quality, which is of great significance for promoting the green transformation of the tea industry.


At present, Shandong Aikang Biotechnology has launched a demonstration and promotion plan, and will collaborate with research institutions to establish a standardized application system. The promotion and application of this technology is expected to reduce planting costs by 15% -20% for northern tea farmers, while enhancing the market competitiveness of tea products and helping Shandong's tea industry develop with high quality.
